access to non-graphic databases such as Oracle, INFORMIX and
dBASE, and is an ideal graphics tool for FRAMME, MGE and I/RAS
applications. As an established user of MicroStation's CAD
engine technology, ASI continues to offer a variety of MicroStation
services for interactive applications, batch conversion processes,
data migration and related industry development uses.

ArcInfo remains one of the industry's most often selected
GIS platforms for managing environmental, cadastral, and economic
development information. With the release of ArcGIS 9.3.1, ESRI
is rapidly expanding its installed base among the utility
sector. ASI develops custom applications for Arc projects
and maintains a wide selection of proprietary Arc "tools"
that enhance production processes ranging from GIS modeling
and data conversion to final product delivery.

ASI is a pioneer in FRAMME system development for the utility
industry and utilizes Intergraph's full suite of system development
and conversion products. Since 1986, ASI has been involved
in more than 20 major FRAMME utility projects and has provided
services including rule base design, application development
and facilities conversion. In addition, Intergraph teamed
with ASI in 1998 for the first-ever project based on its new
G/Technologies, a G/Electric project at Puerto Rico Electric
Power Authority
